What it costs and how quickly it arrives depends on where you are, what's in your basket and how big it is. Here's how it works.

Working out your delivery cost

The options available to you depend on your location, stock availability, your order value, and the size and weight of what you've ordered.

Once you've chosen an option at checkout, we'll calculate the exact cost from your delivery address and the goods in your basket. You'll see the full price before you pay.

Standard delivery

Standard delivery is a 2–3 working day service, available across the UK mainland. It doesn't cover the Scottish Highlands and Islands — if that's you, get in touch and we'll quote for your postcode.

Tracking and signatures

Everything except Royal Mail is fully tracked, and someone will need to sign for it on arrival.

Royal Mail deliveries aren't tracked, so we can't tell you where your parcel is once it's left us.

When we deliver

Deliveries arrive between 8am and 6pm on working days. We don't deliver at weekends or on bank holidays.

Couriers can't give a narrower time slot in advance, so please allow for the full window on your delivery day.
