How to Order:
A price will be shown against the product when it is available to order online, click into More Information for details of carriage charges. Click on the Add to Basket button to order. You may select more items from the pages by clicking into the menu on the left. The number of items you have selected will show next to Shopping Basket link at the top of the page. When you are ready to order, go to your shopping basket and check the products selected. You can change the quantity of any item or remove items from the basket before clicking the Checkout button to continue. Enter the delivery address details, you may enter a different invoicing address if required, click Submit Order to cross over to a secure payment page.

Delivery Information:
Despatch is within three days of ordering where possible. Delivery of parcels is made by ANC and require a signature. You may send an e-mail to us detailing special requests eg, "if not in leave at no. 20".

Returns Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within fourteen days for a refund of the original purchase price. Unless we have made an error the refund will be exclusive of delivery charges. Refunds will be made by cheque.

Why can't I buy every type of meter box online?

The most popular meter boxes are sold through our distribution chain of builders merchants, we are happy advise of your nearest stockist. We offer for sale online meter boxes that are not widely stocked and items for repairs.

Mitras Composites are the manufacturer of meter boxes but Moorland Composites is the company that sells them, and replacement parts for them, online. Gas Care Services is the supplier of the industrial housing range and valve housings. All three companies are part of the Moorland Composites group.

We endeavour to hold stocks of all items and the delivery service is a next working day, therefore you should receive your order within 5 working days.

Please inform us by email (sales@mitras-composites.co.uk) as soon as possible and we will organise a replacement delivery.

Yes. Please return it to the address listed on the contact us page with your order details and we will arrange a refund of purchase price. In the meantime you may order the correct product separately.
